Yoga Flow

This Hatha inspired class involves a sequence of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) that are designed to align, cleanse and calm your body, mind, and spirit in order to achieve deeper states of meditation and spiritual realization. A regular practice can improve strength, stamina, flexibility, range of motion, and balance; reduce stress; promote mental calm; and many other benefits.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt blends traditional yoga sequencing with strength training and cardio using light hand weights (typically 1 to 3 pounds) and low reps (typically 3-5 reps) to allow students to get at different muscles. With light resistance and slower controlled movements, students tap into the smaller areas and get functional strengthening in this class.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time, typically three to five minutes to target the connective tissues such as the ligaments and fascia.
