About Me

Ashleigh started practicing yoga daily in 2017 as part of pain management having suffered injuries from a car accident. Yoga also became a way to disconnect from busy life, taking time to be present and mindful by connecting the body and mind through movement, breathwork and meditation. Instantly falling in love with the practice and how much yoga helped both physically and mentally, Ashleigh wanted to share yoga with others to teach them how the practice can help them feel their best and create a deeper body-mind-soul connection.

Ashleigh completed her 200hr YTT December 2022 and started teaching after graduating and has been a RYT with the Yoga Alliance since graduating. Ashleigh started her own yoga business July 2023. Ashleigh has also completed Chair Yoga Training and is certified for StandUp Paddleboarding Yoga (SUP Yoga) & has completed her certification Paddle Canada Basic StandUp Paddleboard Skills.

Ashleigh enjoys being able to teach a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Yin, Yoga Sculpt, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Restorative Yoga with Hot Stone Therapy.

Ashleigh looks forward to connecting with students to help guide their yoga journey through the practise of asanas (posture/poses), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mudras while using yoga philosophy to guide understanding and intention.
